HMC Peas (Holbeach Marsh Co-operative) produces around 9,000 tonnes of high quality 150 minute peas each year and 1,000 tonnes of canning peas each year. 

We cover a wide area from Nofolk all the way to Lincolnshire and work with over 35 growers to grow the best peas we can on the land types we have.

We utilise technology and have been one of the first in our field to adopt autosteer for all our fleet of pea viners and also yield monitoring allowing us to monitor grower performance and use the data to help us improve. We have also used sensor and scnaning technology to improve predicition and yield of harvest.
